WHAT YOU GET
A postpartum doula is there for you. Friends and family come to see the baby, but I come with your comfort as my top priority. Do you want to take a peaceful shower today? Do you need a nap? Would you like some help folding the laundry? Are you feeling pain with nursing? Are you wondering how you’ll ever cook dinner again? I can help with all of this!
I’m here to help you get what you need to enjoy the “fourth trimester.” I am a non-judgmental support person. I tailor my visits to best fit what you need. I won’t tell you what you “should” do, instead I will help you find what feels right for you and your baby. I nurture and educate the mother and family as they adjust to life with a new baby. I offer practical and emotional support as families navigate this tender time.
